Hi, I Have Costochrondritis And Ice Picked Headaches In And

hi, I have costochrondritis and ice picked headaches in and around my right temple/eye socket with right eye twitching. Occasionally I get right ear clogged and also had left leg pain/numbness/coldness that has gone away. I've been to the ER twice and they have ruled our heart attack, Deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and all my test including blood panel came back perfect. What could all this be from? I've had a history of sinus headaches other than that Im usually healthy.
