Hi.. I Have Experienced A Lot Of Pain In Abdomen

hi.. I have experienced a lot of pain in abdomen and upper stomach due to holding my urine to the point I had to go to the ER.. The first time they didn't find nothing bad,second time they said it was the appendix and had to be removed,when I went with the surgeon to get the stitches removed he said the problem was not my appendix but that my fallopian tubes were swollen. I had the pain a third time and went again to the ER and this time they said it was Gastritis.. I'm so confused!!!
