Hi I Have Had A Mirena Coil Fitted To Control

hi I have had a mirena coil fitted to control the heavy bleeding i have during my periods. but i have been bleeding continuously for 5 weeks now. and during this I have had blood clots coming through. however they are not as heavy as before. I have started taking nothesterone tabs for 5 days now after visiting my doctor but the bleeding has not stopped. i am taking 5mg tabs 3 times a day. is this normal?
