Hi I Have Had A Srape On My Penis Head

hi I have had a srape on my penis head from a dry condom I went to the doctor he said just use vasaline and lotion after I wash it and it should go away I have used eucerin lotion and Neosporin still no change scrape remains dark about how long will this take to at least not be so visable I have had rub burn before it went away within a week I have no std or anything is there something I can do to speed up the process or do I just need to give it a few weeks or months
