Hi I Have Had Ear Probs In My Left Ear

hi I have had ear probs in my left ear for at least 9 mths it was blocked ent said I needed a tube and sinus,s done and also to straighten the inside of my nose when I went back I was in so much pain and got an infection so had anti,s that was done in july I have been back again and my hearing is worse can hardly hear plus the tube came out into the canal and there was fuild again all this affects my neck and shoulder he said I might need a t-tube and I have an apt in feb but I am really worried as I am in contant pain I cant hear the headaches are just awful and for the last few months I feel like my ear is numb and my forhead and that left side of my face feel weird kinda numb like I am know worried I will never be the same or is there something worse going on for me also my throat feels there is cold air its terrible can you shed some light on whats going on befor I go mad
