Hi, I Have Heaviness In The Right Ear And Also

hi, I have heaviness in the right ear and also on the top of the head . I went and had appointment with two different ENT specialist,they both said ,my ears are clear and there is no sinus too (also had done x-ray for the nasal cavity for the sinus.
So can you please tell me what would be this heaviness i am having
