Hi I Have Just Been Told I Have A 6

hi I have just been told I have a 6 cm ovarian cyst, I have had a CT scan. My tubes have been cut and tied 9 years ago and for the 6 weeks I have been having a period or spotting every 2 weeks and it lasts for 5-7 days. What would I be looking at for treatment for the cyst, I live in the rural area of WA so we don't have many services here. thanks Tricia
