Hi I Have Recent Back Pain In The Past I

hi I have recent back pain in the past I had a bulging disc and a missing disks and spinal stenosis and now my left middle back has been killing me and when I feel it its a knot and when I apply pressure it moves it hurts me like crazy my pain is at a 10. what could this be and what should I do.
