Hi, I Have Taken A Naproxen Medicines Approx 7 To

hi,
I have taken a naproxen medicines approx 7 to 8 months ago mistakenly, due to this petechia occur on my cheek bone. I am very disappoint when I see my self in mirror. please kindly give me any suggestions or a hone remedy to cure it properly. its is avout 3mm wide on face and another mark on my chin.
I have gone to many doctor's but there is no heal .
