Hi , I Have These Feelings 2 Weeks Now That

hi ,

I have these feelings 2 weeks now that I got spotting everytime I pee.
well Its not like spotting most of time . I just like when your having a last day period
a blood flow when you pee.
Sometimes I stop for a day or two and then I started again.
And I got delay period. for 2 weeks now.
I do some Pregnancy test and it was negative .
I have a polycystic ovary ,
So what should i do ?
