Hi I Have Throat Pain With Caugh. Can't Swallow The

hi I have throat pain with caugh. can't swallow the food and drink water.i took last night CEPODEM tablet , BETADINE oral rinse, MONTEK-LC (and DOLO 650 if fever occurs)
But I don't have fever. Even though I can't tolerat in the throat pain. Please suggest me what can I do to get relief from this throat pain. I can't speak also.
