Hi I Jumped Into A Shallowish Pool This Morning And

hi I jumped into a shallowish pool this morning and as soon as I did it my heel hurt. It was sore but didn't really notice till I got out and put pressure on... I couldn't walk or tip toe walk. The pain is an 8/9 out of 10. I'm icing it but even that hurts.
