Hi I Just Had A C-4 To T-1 Discectomy And

hi I just had a c-4 to t-1 discectomy and fusion back in aug last year, now when I stretch or try to reach for anything above my head I get a severe pain that goes all the way aROUND MY RIB CAGE and it seems to take my breathe away,and here lately mr right hip and leg like locks up and cant move my leg for like an hour
