Hi I Just Recently Purchased Glucosamine/chondroitin/msm Pills Made By Rite-Aid

hi I just recently purchased glucosamine/chondroitin/msm pills made by Rite-Aid and was just wondering how well these work. I just recently turned 65 and my joints seem to be not as loose as they used to be. I don t take any health related pills and the only thing I take now for aching joints is 2 advil. I was reading on line that these pills aren't regulated by the FDA and was just wondering how safe they are to take.
