Hi. I Keep Getting These Bumps On My Face And

hi. I keep getting these bumps on my face and neck. they look like a pimple but they are not pimples. the end up turning into these little soars. they look like little blood spots on me. or bug bites. idk. I dony have bugs and I do have sensitive skin but this keeps happening. I am worried that I have some type of std. or something
