Hi I Live In NZ I Have Been Diagnosed With

hi I live in NZ I have been diagnosed with BPD there is next to no support where I live for this diagnosis what would be the best therapy for me to obtain? I am on 100mg of Sertraline but am finding that this alone is not really managing it very well sorry I forgot to ask if this costs as I don't have much money at all if it does I will have to remove this I'm really sorry if I have wasted your time
