Hi, I Recently Had A Nap And I'm Not Sure

hi, I recently had a nap and I'm not sure what happend but I woke up with a really sore thumb. I have a slight numb feeling /pins and needles from the base of my thumb that sometimes goes up my forearm. I thought maybe Carpal tunnel syndrome, but I'm 17- not old, pregnant or have a repetitive job. finding it hard to grasp objects, and the pins and needles in my arm won't go away. any ideas ? thanks.
