Hi I Split My Tounge Open Pretty Bad Over The

hi I split my tounge open pretty bad over the weekend and I have 3 stiches in it. I was just wondering how well will my tounge heal from that and will it look normal or have a gash in it still like it does now, also how long does it take for stiches to dissolve? thank you
