Hi I Started Celebrex For Back Arthritis Which Gets Bad

hi I started celebrex for back arthritis which gets bad at times then I got a rash on my lower legs and stopped it and legs got a little better then the dr put me on MELOXICAM 15 mg and now the rash is back again very itchy could I be allergic to something in it
