Hi, I Started Feeling Some Sharp But Fleeting Pain In

hi, I started feeling some sharp but fleeting pain in my left calf. I saw a family doctor who was not alarmed by my symptoms to order a vein scan because I didn't have the other classical symptoms. I noticed when I wipe myself after going to the bathroom, it seems to trigger the pain each time. I am concerned about a dvt but cannot find any articles online correlating the two. I am a female, almost 54.
