Hi. I Started Having Sever Pain In My Lower Abdominal

hi. I started having sever pain in my lower abdominal 4 days ago. I thought maybe my period is stating early but no. as of the day this all started I was 11 days early. the pain has lessened but when I move, urinate, and sometimes bowl movements. I'm hoping I'm pregnant but scared its something bad. please let me know what you think this might be.
