hi, I take amitriptyline for severe knee pain 50mg a day, can I take champix on top of this? I also take tramadol 2 x 50mg up to 4 times a day also for knee pain (I need a full knee replacement which I am not ready to go ahead with yet. Also I am just turned 50,
