Hi, I Was Feeding My One Year Old Baby His

I was feeding my one year old baby his dinner about two days ago and the food was a little too hot he swallowed some and he started crying straight after he swallowed the food down. I gave him some cold water but since then he has been turning food away, throwing up his milk and is constantly burping and everytime he burps he is in so much pain and always crying. He did have reflux as an infant but it did go after he turned about 6 months. can reflux come back or is it the hot food and what should I do?
