Hi I Was Involved In A Go Cart Crash Two

I was involved in a go cart crash two years ago .
I had an ambulance and they used gas and air wo get me out of the cart.
To my supprize i wasnt x rayed .
Ive resently had to have an mri and its been found i have had 3 wedge fractures.and now live on pain kiilers .
Do I have any chance of making a claim to the nhs for the over site of proper treatment.?
