Hi, I Was Kicked In The Upper Shin A Few

hi, I was kicked in the upper shin a few months ago, severe swelling happened when I was kicked and a bubble produce full of bruising, later the bruising went down and a blue bruise formed. as the bruise disappeared, my upper shin became very numb and hard compared to the other shin, it hurts to pinch it. it's been like this for a while now, I'm not sure how to treat it
