Hi I Was On A Very Slow Wean Off Suboxone

hi I was on a very slow wean off suboxone I was down to less than a half a strip of 2 mg I had a day where I was not trying to take the suboxone my doctor had prescribed naltrexone to help withdrawal I had taken 100mg of naltrexone as I thought it would help I still had suboxone in my system as I took thre very small dose yesterday now I am feeling withdrawal like I never felt I cant sleep and just feel horrible what can I do
