Hi I Was Pregnant Last Year In November But It

hi I was pregnant last year in November but it was a ectopic pregnant then three months later on january I fell pregnant again and had to have an abortion due to difficult circumstances. I have been urinating a lot and this week three nights I was up peeing during the night and have a lot of white discharge and o never normally get discharge I feel I have some of the same signs as before but when I had the abortion I got the implant in my arm but could i be pregnant again .?
