hi I was prescribed chlorpromazine many years ago and suffered severe side effects - zombie-like, lack of reality with the real world, severe effects from exposure to the sun, - an internal nightmare within my head, like a bad nightmare constantly. The dose was heavy and I was in a mental hospital at the time erroneously diagnosed with major depressive with schizophrenic tendencies. It has recently been correctly diagnosed as DID or Dissociative Identity Disorder. I am a little concerned that this drug may once again be prescribed. Can you comment?
