Hi I Was Quite Concerned With A Pretty Big Lump

hi I was quite concerned with a pretty big lump I have on the back of myY tounge it hurts to touch, and my right tonsil is swollen same with my throat but only on the right side. and I get ear aches in my right ear but never my left. it's difficult to swallow and is painful because of my swollen tonsil on the right. and I have these dark redish Brown discoloration on my right tonsil as well. but my left tonsil. is fine. not swollen, or red, or sore. it's all on the other tonsil
I'm extremely worried I might have cancer.
