hi I went for q scan I was told I have bulky uterus o
f AP 90mm with an irregular serosal outline and non uniform Myometrial echo texture. it contains multiple intramural and sub serous fibroids ranging in size from 24mm to 57mm in diameter. the endo metrical plate is distorted .no evidence of cyesis seen. both adnexae are free. no ovarian cyst or adnexal mass seen. the pod is free of Fluid. advice on what to do and hope I can be pregnant thanks
