Hi I Went To See My Doc Last March 3

hi I went to see my doc last march 3 and he told me my blood pressure was high like 170/94 and he prescribe me amlopidine to take it in the morning I did not tell him I got systole supplement for blood pressure which am taking 3x aday so I went back to see him yesterday now he said to stop taking amlopindine because my boold pressure was below normal now but then he prescribe me for cholesterol atorvastin, since I don't want to take prescription pill what can you recommend and thanks
