Hi I Went To The Hospital Recently For A Chest

hi I went to the hospital recently for a chest cold and the took x rays and sent me home with antibiotics but then told me I had right paratracheal fullness , I did not know what that meant so I went about my life then a couple weeks ago I received a registered letter from some nurse from a the hospital highlighting the diagnoses again and it says from the cancer center part of the hospital? is this them trying to tell me something not good? I have no health insurance so I am kinda scared now.
