Hi, I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night

hi, I woke up in the middle of the night in a "stretching" moment and when I flexed my left ankle and straightened my leg, I had an incredible sharp burning pain along the back left edge of my ankle and
hurts still when flexing w/ straight leg, dosen"t really hurt if I do it with a bent leg.
