Hi I'm 22 And I Am Married Me And My

hi I'm 22 and I am married me and my husband both work full time jobs and I do handle some stress from that. Me and my husband do not use protection in hopes that we do become pregnant. I am now 7 days late but I have taken 3 test all negative. I do have some symtoms though I am cramping my breast are feeling swollen and sore extremely the nipple and I feel bloated in my tummy. I'm not to tired but I really don't understand the negative on my test what should I do.
