Hi, I'm 30 Years And Had A Period Twice This

hi, I'm 30 years and had a period twice this month this one I'm currently on has more intense cramps and tired and a metallic taste in my mouth now. I'm not on birth control I was given Provera to have a period due to I can't on my own. not sure if this a side affect I've use provera to bring on periods in the past and only in Aug 2015 it did not work and then this month in September i got it twice and did not use the medication.
