Hi I'm 47 Years Old, Work As An Operator, Been

hi I'm 47 years old, work as an operator, been off work now for 3 weeks for major right shoulder pain, it burns and dull ache, I spend most of my time in bed trying to find ways to keep medicated enough so I can't feel it. I was diagnosed with ankalosing spondylitis when I was 20, know issues with that for 10 years, I have seen neveroligist specialist, my pain started 4 years ago, but I complained about neck pain all the time, so I was given cordisone shots in neck, never really helped , but now extreme pain in right shoulder, I have had 4 cordisone shots in last 2 weeks, with no change. still the same, nothing has changed. Help me if you can, please.
