hi ..I'm NAVIN..22yrs old ..male...

unperiodically I am suffering with right sided headache. .including my ri8 eye ;ri8 neck. .ri8 shoulder ....usually....it's a unbearable pain...
please suggest me....
what have I to do?how?

i have been prescribed
*tripty-10
*sibelium-10mg....once in a day as daily

and
naxdom 500 during high pain.....

bt these medicines only acts as temporary basis..
plz suggest any thing which permanently cure me...
