hi I'm an african american male 16 years of age and for awhile now Ive been noticing small white spots appear all over my body mainly chest, back, and on my neck I also have minor spots on the inside of my elbow on both arms some people have told me its from drinking too much soda and its from the toxins in the soda How do I remove them
