Hi I'm Taking Clindamycin For A Bacterial Infection I Took

hi I'm taking clindamycin for a bacterial infection I took one pill and already got diarrhea I have very severe gastrostomach problems is this going to cause me more severe pain what can I do to prevent more Gastro pain while taking this medication I have heard that some people can even get diarrhea with bleeding while on this medication this is a very scary thing but I need to take this medication for a bacterial infection that I have please help
