Hi. I've Had A Diagnosis For Over 25 Years Of

hi. I've had a diagnosis for over 25 years of temporal lobe epilepsy, which gives me complex partial seizures, causing unusual tastes, smells, sensations, de ja vu, right sided facial twitching, nmbness, loss of word recall, etc. I also have had fibromyalgia for nearly 8 years. over the last 18 months I have developed quite severe paraesthesia in both hands. about 2 weeks ago I had an unusual episode which has been treated as a query t.i.a, but I suspect could have been an atypical focal seizure. over the last few weeks the paraesthesia in my right hand, (it was the right side of my face which was affected in whatever it was), has definitely increased significantly beyond that which I experience in my left hand. also, this morning it took an hour and a half to be able to move my hand and fingers normally and for the pain and numbness to wear off. I had a ct scan a fortnight ago which was fine, I had an mri brain scan a few days ago. not sure when i'll get the results. anyone any ideas? am most concerned with the pain, weakness, stiffness in my hands. what treatment available? btw am on thyroxine 200mcg due to hypothyroidism. grateful for any advice. thanks.
