Hi I've Had Really Bad Acne On My Back For

hi I've had really bad acne on my back for years now, been teased about it. I also have little bumps on my legs, I cant even shave my thighs without them being irritated. Even the gentle area its like I'm allergic or something. I hate it and want it to go away. please help
