Hi. My 14 Yr Old Daughter Has Had A Headache

hi. My 14 yr old daughter has had a headache since Wed. She said she it hurts when she stands and especially when she trys to walk. I took her to ER on Friday where she was given a liter of saline for dehydration. It was not meningitis. I thought the headache would be gone by now and it is accompanied by around 101 degree temp. Her feet are also cold at times.
