Hi My Last Date Was March 5th And Last 3

My last date was march 5th and last 3 months its been a 28 days cycle otherwise its ben a 25 to 26 days cycle. So as my predicted date of periods was April 1, I saw my gynea here and she put me on duphaston from March 19th to 22nd. Now today is 5th day after stopping no sign of periods and she had told me if I don’t get by 28th then I start again and continue till I want my periods not to come. I was taking one every 8 hours. Though I have symptoms like back pain etc nothing yet!!! What do u suggest. Should I start again from tmr night?
