hi! My name is Tola i'm 19 and i have an impacted tooth in my nasal sinus- my right incisor is stuck there meanwhile my milk incisor is still firm and has refused to come off. i also have a mini impacted tooth between the permenent tooth and the milk tooth so i basically have two impacted teeth lined up above my milk incisor... so i wanted to ask if i could just crown the milk tooth ( because its not paining me, i just feel really embarrased when i smile or talk) or if i should get surgery and if you have any idea how much they cost.. thank you
