Hi. The Lower Part Of My Left Ear Is Itchy.

hi. The lower part of my left ear is itchy. It is elevated and there are rashes in it. It is not painful but it feels hot and itchy. This was started last week. I applied anti-fungal cream (Lamisil cream and Hydrocortisone cream) already but it seems not effective. It bothers me a lot. What am I gonna do?
