Hi, Three Months Before I Gave Oral Sex To Female

hi, Three months before I gave oral sex to female sex worker without any protection. After two weeks I tested hiv using rapid test it shows negative and also after 8 weeks SAME TEST I did it also shows negative. Three weeks before I got shingles it got cured after taking medicine but shingles came again this week. Is this reattack of shingle due to hiv or some other thing.
