Hi, A Bee Stung Me 2 Days Ago But I

hi, a bee stung me 2 days ago but I did not take out the stinger, I'm not sure I have one.. it itches like a mosquito bite and it's a little red and a little swollen, nothing drastic but I want to make sure I can just leave it alone and it will go away..?
