Hi , A Few Months Ago I Went Out Dancing

hi , a few months ago i went out dancing with a friend, i tripped and she grabbed my arm, her thumb fingernail gouged my forearm leavinga puncture wound; the puncture went away mo later as i put stuff on it and neosporin, however 2 mo's later a wierd blister is rt near wher the puncture was,, and i put stuff on it was just one wierd raised blister. then it went awway, now it is back again a month later in the same spot raised slightly its just the one blister and i put alcohol on it, its strange that its back..
what is this?
