Hi, A Month Back.. I Had A Severe Stomach Ache

a month back.. i had a severe stomach ache wasnt able to sleep widout pills
got d test done report says: minimal mass is seen in pod and renal calculas in both d kidneys less then4 mm.. now aftr a month i hav strted havin stomach aches again not as severe but still triggered by few thimgs like mouthfreshners nd fennel seeds.. plz help.. is cancer a possibility
