Hi, A Week Or So Ago My Vagina Started Becoming

hi, a week or so ago my vagina started becoming very itchy. I thought it was itchy because I hadn't shaved in a long time- when I'm used to having a shaved vagina. I scratched and itched a lot and just noticed that I have a little abrasion on my left labia minora. I was trying to look at it in the mirror and noticed the left side is very swollen with a little bleeding abrasion that has now scabbed over. Should I be worried this is an STI?
